Tandoori chicken is very popular. We have a charcoal tandoori that is made from clay. It is one of only a few in Brisbane. Chicken Tikka and Seekh kebabs are also our speciality.
Tandoori dishes are low fat and healthy as they are cooked on charcoal without any oil.
In the main dishes Lamb Rogan Josh is very popular. It has a base of onions, ginger, garlic and tomatoes. We use only the highest quality of meats and fresh vegetables. We would never compromise the quality of our ingredients.
Butter chicken pieces are first marinated in yoghurt and delicious spices then cooked in the Tandoor on charcoal and it is then cooked in a mouth watering sauce made from tomatoes.
There are a lot of delicious breads to choose from including Plain Naan, Garlic Naan, Veggie Paratha, Keema Naan and Punjabi Naan to name just a few.
